Submission of Pavilion Entries

The secretary will be available to accept entries between 10.00am - 4.00pm on Wednesday 8th and Thursday 9th August 2018 at the showground secretary's office. You will be able to collect your exhibit section tickets at the same time.

Entries can also be submitted via post or email up to 7.00pm on Thursday 9th August. Please request a confirmation reply to verify your entries have been received. Any entries received after this time will incur a $1 per entry late fee. Section tickets for emailed/posted entries will be available for collection from the secretary's office from 8.00am Friday 10th August if you are unable to collect earlier.

No Entries will be accepted after 8.45am Friday 10th August. Judging starts 9.00am

It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to attach their section tickets to their own items and take their exhibits to the pavilion before 8.45am on Friday 10th August. Exhibits can be collected from the pavilion on Saturday between 4.30pm - 6.00pm.

Please be aware of Non Vehicle Movement areas. If you need help to removed you exhibits please see the pavilion stewards.
